Our American Buffalo Jerky (sometimes known as Bison) uses premium meat raised with no growth hormones or steroids. Our hand-cut buffalo beef jerky is high in protein but low in cholesterol and fat. Buffalo meat is endorsed by the American Heart Association.

*Please Note- Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.
