Good meats

The sticks were good. The lil smokies flavor seemed a bit off to me and they were a bit "slimy" in the airlock bag. Might have been due to whatever brine/sweetener was used.

I have purchased a gift card for my grown son for Christmas; so it actually hasn't been used yet.

My grandparents had a place on Flathead Lake within a mile or so of your shop - so we have been going there forever (formerly Kim's Meats). Also, many years attending the Buffalo Barbecue to benefit the Rollin's Fire Department.
