Returns Accepted: We will accept returns on products that are unopened for a full refund within 14 days of shipping out from our facility. Return will be given as Money back refund once product have been received back into our plant. Furthermore, You may also request a replacement of the same product or different product of equal value instead of money back. The return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
NOTE: We are a premium jerky company that processes jerky like the old western style, cut from top round whole muscle meat, which means we are NOT the grinded, softer jerky like most mainstream jerky companies out there. Our jerky is dry and tough, and have never been advertised as soft. Please do not contact us for a refund if you are unhappy with it being tough, as it has been explained here on our website. We are proud to keep our tradition and this is our style, therefore we do not guarantee satisfaction as it would all be opinion based. Our true cowboys have loved this style for the last 75 years.
We ship anywhere within the USA. We ship within 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping speed may vary and there is no guarantee on an exact date. We appreciate your patience.
