M&S Meats is famous in the Flathead Valley in Montana for our great selection of hand-cut, hand-hung, hand-pulled buffalo and elk jerky and sausage. We offer jerky made out of buffalo, beef, and elk, in all different kinds of flavors. We also offer many different gift basket options that we can put together for you!

M&S Meats is all about tradition. We take pride in our specialty products and the ability to offer them to our customers. Our store has been in operation since 1945. We are located right on Flathead Lake, just off of mile marker 87.

Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.

Real jerky

Read all your reviews, my second time ordering. Some said too pricey, I've made my own for years and believe me, this jerky is a bargain for quality meat. I cut mine into strips, easier to bite off. Chew a little, stash between cheek and gum, and enjoy the flavor for a much longer time. Reminds me of jerky from 60 years ago. Good for politicians, they might talk less and listen more!

The jerky was great. Would like to see one with a little more of a worcestershire flavor. It would be perfect.

Beef Sampler pack

I do like the way it was dried, but I think you used to much salt and pepper in your mix. The one's that had little salt and pepper tasted great. I would back off on the salt & pepper.

Very good but at $14.00 a bag it’s to pricey for me.
