M&S Meats is famous in the Flathead Valley in Montana for our great selection of hand-cut, hand-hung, hand-pulled buffalo and elk jerky and sausage. We offer jerky made out of buffalo, beef, and elk, in all different kinds of flavors. We also offer many different gift basket options that we can put together for you!

M&S Meats is all about tradition. We take pride in our specialty products and the ability to offer them to our customers. Our store has been in operation since 1945. We are located right on Flathead Lake, just off of mile marker 87.

Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.

Cowboys, cattlemen and visitors to the great state of Montana have all loved our famous recipe and flavors.

It’s OK

It’s OK. I read it was chewy and dried out, but that’s not the case. I like it dried out, but the stuff I got was not dried out. It was still meaty and greasy. No man’s land beef jerky is the best you can get. You could purchase it on Amazon for around $45 a pound. Pack with flavor unlike M&S beef jerky. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t nasty, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase it again. I got the sample pack to try a variety of flavors. The honey jalapeño was the best flavor of all of them.
