my thoughts

sirs, the buffalo and beef were very tender and tasty as is most commercial jerky is. the elk was a bit dense, tough and not easy to chew. I figured that's just a trait of elk. the flavor was very good however so i just moved it around in my mouth and let it soften up a bit. I do enjoy this product for the most part. Thank you.

Mostly good

We really enjoyed the jerky, but the Elk was under seasoned. It was still not bad, but nowhere near as good as the buffalo or beef.

Hunters pack

Great jerky I recommend getting it and trying it out was skeptical at buying it at first but glad I did well worth it
