I’ve never had elk. Found this jerky to be tasteless compared to the Buffalo and Beef. It wasn’t bad I just prefer my jerky to be saltier. I am loving you products and looking forward to my next shipment.

Poor taste

Taste was not what I expected. Quite a gamey taste to it and dryer than I expected too.
