*Please Note- Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.

Really, really good!

I tried both the Old West and Original beef jerky from M&S Meats. The Old West was some of the best jerky I have tasted. I grew up with a butcher shop in my hometown, so was lucky enough to be able to find hand smoked beef jerky as a kid...this was like a flashback to days gone by. The jerky was a good salt flavor and a slight heat. It was a tough tear, but exactly what I was hoping to find. I will definitely order more!
