I have ordered from M&S every year for Christmas for at least 6 or 7 years. In the past they were great. This year was a major disappointment . One of my orders was mis shipped, which happens, not a major big deal. The aggravation & disappointment was when I called expressing my concern that the jerky has been floating around in shipping for over a week, I asked, will it be ok & safe to eat? Instead of assuring me that things will be ok, the woman was rude and basically told me that it wasn’t their fault it was late (which really was not the issue and the reason I called) and began to tell me how busy she was and when I asked for her name and ask to speak to someone else, she hung up on me. I immediately called back and she would not answer phone. After several tries, she finally answered and immediately put me on hold. She never came back to the phone. I tried again & I guess she realized I was not going away, she abruptly said someone would call me & still refused to give me her name. I never received a follow up call. I left an email over a week ago and as of now, no one has contacted me. I will take my business somewhere else.

I was ecstatic when i discovered M&S finally had a website. As much as i’m tempted to drive 17 hours to their location, i really appreciate being able to have my favorite items shipped to my front door. High quality & excellent customer service as well!
