My opinion

I just wanted to say the jerky was delicious however the elk and bison taste more like beef to me. Maybe it’s just me? I expected more flavor of elk from the elk jerky but it was very salty and taste more like beef . Still very good I guess I expected it to be more elk flavor . Thanx you .
