Hallelujah!

Jerky from the days of old…how refreshing. Nice and dry so you can chew on it for a while. Seasoning used is just right and the slices are just the right thickness. This will be my go to jerky for a long time to come.
My only complaint, and it’s not gonna stop me from buying, is my package of elk jerky was unevenly seasoned. Some pieces had no seasoning at all, some tasted half seasoned and half not, some were perfect.
