M&S Meats is famous in the Flathead Valley in Montana for our great selection of hand-cut, hand-hung, hand-pulled buffalo and elk jerky and sausage. We offer jerky made out of buffalo, beef, and elk, in all different kind of flavors. We also offer many different gift basket options that we can put together for you!

M&S Meats is all about tradition. We take pride in our specialty products and the ability to offer them to our customers. Our store has been in operation since 1945. We are located right on Flathead Lake, just off of mile marker 87.

*Please Note- Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.

I was lucky enough to be introduced to your jerky when I lived in Missoula. It is impossible to explain to anyone just how good this jerky is. It has to be experienced.
On top of making the best jerky, M&S Meats’ service is fantastic. I now live in South Dakota, placed my order on a Friday afternoon and received my order on the following Wednesday!

This is absolutely the best jerky I’ve ever had ! Highly recommended!

Great jerky

This is the type of jerky I have been searching for. Tough pull and the soft kind. Unfortunately it does contain MSG with I am allergic to so sadly I am in able to eat it.

Great Jerky

Ordered 1/4 of the regular beef jerky and it was really good! I liked the flavor and texture. Only thing I would change would be the shipping method. Maybe use UPS instead of USPS, watched my ordered go in circles, therefore delaying my order significantly. May be the only reason I wouldn't order again.
