Making jerky is labor-intensive and requires a significant amount of meat. For example, it takes about 2.5 pounds of high-quality beef to produce 1 pound of jerky because beef is approximately 60% water, which evaporates during the drying process.
Currently we only ship within the United States and to overseas military bases.
