M&S Meats is famous in the Flathead Valley in Montana for our great selection of hand-cut, hand-hung, hand-pulled buffalo and elk jerky and sausage. We offer jerky made out of buffalo, beef, and elk, in all different kinds of flavors. We also offer many different gift basket options that we can put together for you!

M&S Meats is all about tradition. We take pride in our specialty products and the ability to offer them to our customers. Our store has been in operation since 1945. We are located right on Flathead Lake, just off of mile marker 87.

Our Jerky is processed the old west style. We are dry and tough. If you are looking for a softer and tender jerky, this is not for you! Everything is handmade, therefore texture and sizes may vary.

This is a great buy to see what flavors you like. I was surpised how much I liked the teriyaki but thought the oringinal had too much pepper. Over all a great sample pack that brought me back to buy more.

Great snacks

Although the pricing is always too high all of the samples were appropriately packed and arrived in a timely manner. I personally liked the pepper. And Jalapeño.

The Beef Jerky Sampler Review

I really liked the Honey Jalapeno. Just the right amount of heat. I'm not a big Teriyaki fan on anything.... but my dog really likes it. The Original was good but lacked flavor...the Old West I enjoyed, good flavoring long lasting. Out of all, the Honey Jalapeño and Peppered were my favorite. Nothing bad about other flavors, just not for me, but the purpose of a "variety" pack is to sample the flavors. Do you make a Red Pepper Jerky?
