Good but not Great

I really only have one comment. The Elk was not my favorite. It was much earthier/bloodier than I expected, especially with the chunkier thick cuts. I can't say I liked it at all. The thinner pieces did not have that blood taste to it thankfully. However, I will not order Elk again.
Buffalo had a good seasoning a bit uneven but still good.

That's all really.

Disappointed...

...Wasn't all that different from the products in any random gas station. Not bad but not good either. Overall disappointed in the hunters pack especially at it's price point.

Never stop making this stuff

I lucked into the website for this jerky and I’m so glad I did. I’ve seen reviews about the jerky needing to be softer, but it says in the site if you’re looking for a softer jerky this is not the jerky for you. The fact that it’s made old school is exactly why I love it. I can’t say a favorite, because the beef, elk, buffalo and Wild West are all tied for #1. I like the peppered jerky as well, but the pure taste of the originals are second to none for me. Keep making and I’ll keep buying.
