I bought the gift card to give as a gift but I used it for me instead. I love the jerky and have ordered 6 times. Next I have to figure out how the points system works I have almost 9000 points.

I want to say buying the gift card was easy, so that's 5 stars. Using the card is 5 stars. And receiving the the product with free shipping 4 stars. I received product with one issue. All jerky comes vacuumed sealed. One of the bags was not vacuumed sealed. I reached out by customer service on website and asked will this be okay to eat? There as been no response for 7 days. This is 0 stars in my book. I know product was double check by the packing slip. I want to think it happened during shipment. I just need to know if it is okay. This jerky is one of the best tasting I ever had. The meat is clean and that's important to me. This is the first time buy. I would like to become a long time customer. Thank you for the $20 on the card.

Good meats

The sticks were good. The lil smokies flavor seemed a bit off to me and they were a bit "slimy" in the airlock bag. Might have been due to whatever brine/sweetener was used.
