Yes, to maintain the best flavor and quality, it's recommended to refrigerate the jerky after opening to prevent mold from forming due to moisture.

Our jerky is packaged in resealable, airtight bags to ensure maximum freshness and flavor.

We offer an additional discount for orders over $500. You'll receive 15% off and free shipping when you use the code Bulk15 at checkout. Please note, this discount only applies to purchases of our ¼# and ½# jerky products.

Unopened shelf life is one month, please store in a cool place.

Once opened, the approximate shelf life is 2 weeks.  If it can’t be refrigerated, then keep it sealed and stored in a cool location.

Making jerky is labor-intensive and requires a significant amount of meat. For example, it takes about 2.5 pounds of high-quality beef to produce 1 pound of jerky because beef is approximately 60% water, which evaporates during the drying process.

Currently we only ship within the United States and to overseas military bases.
